Online presence report

What it is

A one-page report on a business’s website and Google listing that you can send to that business. It shows what the website check found, what the search found on the Google listing, and where the business sits in the same search, under your agency’s name, logo, and color.

Making a report costs nothing.

Make a report

  1. Run a search on Prospects or Campaigns and click a row to open the business. See Results, filters, and exports.
  2. Open the Online Presence Report section. It is shown only when the business’s website was checked.
  3. The report link appears under Report link. Click Copy to copy it, or Open to see the report in a new tab.

The business keeps the same link each time you open it. Earlier links keep working.

What the report shows

The report reads like a short analyst’s brief about the business online, written about the business by name, in plain words. It uses no technical terms.

If the business has no website, the title reads “<Business name> has no website a customer can find”, one tile reads “Not found”, and the findings list opens with that row followed by any Google listing checks.

Reports made before October 12, 2026 show the website checks only, as they did when they were made.

The Online Presence Report section in the lead detail view uses technical labels (SSL Certificate, Mobile-Ready, and so on). The report says the same findings in the owner’s words.

Your brand on the report

The report uses the agency name, logo, color, and reply-to address from Your brand on the Settings page. If you have not filled that in, the report has no top bar and uses a neutral color.

What the report never shows

Who can see it

Anyone with the link can open the report. It does not need a sign-in. Search engines are told not to list it. The report is a copy of the check as it was when you made the link; it does not change if the business updates its website.

Printing

The report prints on one page.
